Using intentional, focused pressure, I work with areas where stress is most commonly stored — especially the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, and calves. Every session is personalized to your body and guided by what you need that day. 🤍
I combine Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Thai massage techniques to create a treatment that helps the body release years of built-up tension and feel so such lighter🌿
I studied Thai massage in Thailand 🇹🇭 and incorporate traditional healing balms, cupping, scraping, and massage gun therapy to support deeper muscular release and recovery.
As a herbalist, I also create my own organic plant-infused oils 🌱 to nourish the skin while supporting relaxation and healing.

Traditional Thai massage has always been my dream to learn. This ancient practice comes from a culture that deeply understands the value of working with the body, as well as how energy flows through it along specific channels. It is not just a massage, but a holistic and highly healing experience.
Thai massage focuses on stimulating the body’s energy lines, helping to restore balance, improve circulation, and release tension. It includes many assisted stretches, which are essential for maintaining flexibility, mobility, and overall physical well-being.
To truly master this art, I traveled to Thailand, where I completed four levels of professional training in traditional Thai massage. My goal was to deeply understand this practice and bring authentic knowledge and techniques to my clients.
This massage is performed without oil, using rhythmic pressure, stretching, and work along the body’s energy pathways. It helps to relieve stress, improve energy flow, and support both physical and emotional balance.
